Our goal is a living environment where founders can focus fully on their work. Everyone applies the same way: a self-intro and a quick check meeting.
Short-term Guest
Up to 2 weeksIntroduce yourself and hop on a quick check meeting — that's the whole application. A short stay is also the first step toward becoming a long-term resident.
Long-term Resident
1-year stayApplications are reviewed, and long-term residents always start with a short-term stay — so both sides know it's a great fit. Shared-service details are finalized with incoming residents.

Lower Haight — walking distance to Duboce Park, Castro, and Hayes Valley. Easy Muni access to SoMa, Mission, and Downtown SF.
