When you apply to stay, we keep the name, phone number, email address, and preferred move-in dates you give us, along with your answers on the application form (such as the purpose of your visit, your background, and personal links). We also record the status and outcome of your application.

How we use it

We use this information to review short-term and long-term stay applications, contact you to arrange your stay, and keep the house and community safe.

Service providers

Applications are handled through the Chatbotta booking system. Phone numbers are verified with a code sent by text message, and application decisions are sent by email. These providers process your data only as needed to provide their services. Event registration is handled by lu.ma and is subject to its privacy policy.

Retention, access, and deletion

We keep data only as long as we need it for operations, safety, and legal requirements. To access, correct, or delete your personal data, contact ericwang960624@gmail.com.
